School Groups

Rainbow Dragons encourage young people to participate in the sport of dragon boating.  Our Club welcomes enquiries from local high school groups to participate in dragon boating as a sport or as part of your Outdoor Education program.

Check out these happy students from Ballina Coast High School who successfully completed a series of training sessions with us during 2023, and are keen to return for more!

Community Team Challenge

If your group or organisation would like to enjoy a fun and exciting team activity, come and join our Community Team Challenge at our annual regatta, held in August each year. Get your team together, choose your theme, and come and join us for some fun and healthy competition.

Community Events

Rainbow Dragons love to have fun …. and we love to dress up! We participate in community events such as the Mullum2Brunz 10km paddle up the Brunswick River to raise funds for the local SLSC. We also join in Mother’s Day walks supporting breast cancer research, support Lismore’s ‘Our House’ by providing meals for residents undergoing medical treatment, just to name a few of our off-water activities.
